We are partnered with an award winning Cybersecurity services organisation who are expanding their engineering team and are looking to hire a Technical Engineer.
Working closely with the SOC (Security Operations) team, you will be primarily responsible for the delivery and in-life support of cybersecurity services to clients. The role includes the monitoring and maintenance of both client-based cybersecurity services and back-end infrastructure.
Some of the duties will include;
This role would be suited to a customer-service orientated individual with around 18 months of practical IT support experience, covering desktop, server and/or networking skills. Perhaps you have experience working on IT projects or you’ve worked in technical or IT support or the service desk.
This role does not require you to have previous experience within the cybersecurity industry, just a passion for learning and a can-do attitude!
